Members’ Rights & Duties
Our staff speak a variety of languages and welcome your calls. They can:
- Answer questions about your benefits
- Help you get an interpreter
- Send you materials in the mail
- Send you a new member ID card

When you become an Alliance member, you will receive a packet of information. In the month that you get the packet, you need to:
- Choose a doctor
- Call us to tell us which doctor you picked
- Schedule a well exam with your doctor
- Call us if you need help choosing a doctor or making an appointment
We want your doctor to be your choice. However, if we do not hear from you by the end of the month, we will choose a doctor for you.
