Choose the health coverage program you are a member of from the menu below to see member materials. You will learn about your benefits and how to use them.

Find a Doctor or Hospital

When you become an Alliance member, you will receive a packet of information. In the month that you get the packet, you need to:

  • Choose a doctor
  • Call us to tell us which doctor you picked
  • Schedule a well exam with your doctor
  • Call us if you need help choosing a doctor or making an appointment

We want your doctor to be your choice. However, if we do not hear from you by the end of the month, we will choose a doctor for you.

Member Services

Our staff speak a variety of languages and welcome your calls. They can:

  • Answer questions about your benefits
  • Help you get an interpreter
  • Send you materials in the mail
  • Send you a new member ID card
