How do I get a new Member ID Card?

It’s easy and quick for Alliance members to print a temporary member ID card or to request a new one online. To do this, visit our Member Portal and create an account. Having an account will give you access to all kinds of useful information like your eligibility, pharmacy coverage, member forms, and printing or requesting a new ID card. You’ll be able to do this at your convenience because the Member Portal is open 24/7, and creating your own user account is just a few steps away. If you do not have access to a printer, you can call our Member Services department to request a new card by mail.
