Health Care Plans

  • Medi-Cal. A federal and state-funded health insurance program for low-income families and children, people with disabilities, and seniors who qualify for help. Provides primary, acute, and long-term care. No premiums or co-payments for the lowest-income beneficiaries.
  • Alliance Group Care. Employer-sponsored plan providing affordable and comprehensive health care to In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) workers in Alameda County.
  • Alliance CompleteCare. A Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan (SNP) specifically designed for Alameda County seniors and people with disabilities who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medi-Cal.
