Our Board of Governors Our Board of Governors decides on major policies and oversees the administration of Alameda Alliance for Health. The Board reflects the diversity of both the provider and health care consumer communities. It is made up of major stakeholders, including our members, local physicians, hospital and clinic representatives, and labor representatives. Members are appointed by the Alameda County Board of Supervisors for terms of four years. Reappointments may be made.
