The Alliance for Health is pleased to offer Alliance CompleteCare, a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan. Alliance CompleteCare was designed for people of all ages who live in Alameda County and have both Medicare and Medi-Cal coverage.

  • Choice of your own primary care physician from our network of doctors and specialists who provide personal attention and care

    WHO CAN JOIN ALLIANCE COMPLETECARE?
    You can join Alliance CompleteCare if you are eligible to receive Medi-Cal and you are entitled to Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) and enrolled in Part B (medical insurance). You must also live in the plan's service area, which is Alameda County.
